Venzallo provides an AI-driven automation tool that allows users to interact with businesses to book, manage, or cancel appointments. Venzallo acts solely as a technical intermediary.
You acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated AI system. While our Assistant is designed to be accurate, please verify critical appointment details through the final confirmation message.
You agree NOT to use the Service for spam, harassment, scraping, or any activity that violates Meta’s Platform Policies. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found bypassing security measures or rate limits.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@venzallo.com. We will process all requests within 7 business days and you may verify the status via the same email address.
Venzallo is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed appointments or service interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
